Summary.

I once mentioned in previous post that the two days of the week that you want to pay close attention to the MLS is on Mondays and Fridays, because those two days are when the majority of homes are listed on the market.   This week proved my point — almost every new listing this week posted on Friday (or early Saturday).    This late surge pushed the inventory of available homes up to 58, and in the process gave White Oaks buyers some much needed additional options to consider.   58 is still well below average for this time of year, but it's a step in the right direction for buyers.
