Summary.
‘Balance' is probably the best word to describe the San Carlos real estate market over the past few weeks. No matter how busy (or not) it seems to get in a particular week, the number of new listings and the number of pending sales have been tracking very closely — and this week is no different. Net result of this is that the inventory of available single-family homes in San Carlos has been oscillating closely around the 60-mark consistently for a number of weeks. that balance is good for the market in general — the swings haven't been so large as to cause a panic in either direction.
