The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7-2-11.

Summary.

As one might expect for the week heading into the 4th of July holiday, the tempo of the San Carlos market backed off a bit.  The few agents I spoke with who were holding their listings open over the weekend reported a light turnout, which is to be expected with so many people out of town.   Of course, it didn't help matters that the mercury touched 100 degrees in San Carlos on Sunday either.   Activity should pick back up next week as entry level buyers scurry to get into contract before the hi-balance conforming loan limits expire in the next 2 months.
