San Carlos Real Estate Summary.

Buyers braved the elements this week to check out a few new listings before the holiday week.  Mike Hirner's new listing at 387 Elm Street was especially busy with both buyers and brokers alike viewing it non-stop on Friday and Saturday.  That is one of the benefits of listing a home when there's relatively little competition — look for a blog post coming up about listing your home in January, which essentially discusses the same premise.
