San Carlos Real Estate Summary.

It was downright quiet this past week in San Carlos, with not a single new listing to add to the already dwindling inventory.    Speaking of which, that particular list is now down to 35 homes in San Carlos, and will very likely drop before it starts to rise again in the new year.   We've seen inventory levels drop below the 30-mark at this time of the year, so it's quite possible it may happen again this year.
