San Carlos Real Estate Summary.
As I predicted last week, the number of listings in San Carlos did indeed drop — to a low of 32. It will likely fluctuate around the low 30's until the market starts up again in the new year. Buying activity was surprisingly strong, with 4 homes going into contract. And some of the hotter fall issues closed escrow this past week. The homes that sold at 112 Baytree Road, 131 Northam Avenue, and 387 Elm Street all fetched nice premiums over their listed prices.
