San Carlos Real Estate Summary.
This was a week that made buyers rejoice. There were 16 new listings to hit the market and another couple of re-lists in what was the biggest single-week increase in inventory so far this year. There are new options for just about every buyer, from 2-bedroom to 5-bedroom homes and prices ranging from $400,000 to $1.4M. At the time of this post, there were 37 homes for sale in San Carlos — easily the highest inventory in months. Here's to hoping that this trend continues in the coming weeks.
Buying activity remained brisk, with 6 homes going into contract — all 6 the were only on the market for two weeks or less. Things are still moving quickly, so be sure to get out and see the new inventory while it's available.
