San Carlos Real Estate Summary.

The San Carlos real estate market continues to run unabated even as we wrap up the month of May.   Buyers are continuing to push the envelope as multiple offers are still the norm and not the exception.   Of the 9 homes that went pending this week, 7 of them had been on the market for only about 2 weeks or less — which is an undeniable statement about the strength of the market right now.   Even the closed sales reflect the sustained growth of the market, with 7 of the 9 sales closing at or above the asking price.
