San Carlos Real Estate Summary.
It was another solid showing in the market this past week. 11 homes went pending, quite a few of them with multiple offers. Only 5 new listings made their debut, however, so the net result was a precipitous drop of nearly 21% in the number of homes for sale. The topic of the week with everyone who is either buying or selling right now seems to be the direction of the Facebook stock price, which has been heading southward since the IPO. That doesn't appear to be slowing anything down in the market.
