The Scoop.

Home sellers seem to be bucking the normal July trend, where conventional wisdom steers them away from listing their home during the summer months. There were 6 new listings to test the local market last week, bringing the total number of homes for sale in San Carlos back up to 20. The pace and activity level in the local market seem to indicate that we are in for a relatively busy summer, which is an interesting change from what we would expect to see in July and August.

The Week in Review posts and the rest of the site have a different look and feel starting this week. My hope is that you'll find the new version easier to read and navigate, and that you'll make use of the updated information in the sidebars.
