There's not much change in this week's numbers from the prior week. The inventory of single family homes in San Carlos continues to hover around the 20 mark, as the rate of new listings essentially matches the rate of consumption. Also like the prior week, we're continuing to see the recurrence of red ink in the sales column, with a few homes that have tried to stretch the market just a bit too much and had to take reductions in order to sell. This adds continuing evidence that house prices are starting to level off ever so slightly in San Carlos.
