The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 9/26/2016.

After two weeks of above-average stats, the number of new listings to hit the market in San Carlos leveled off a bit this past week. Only five new listings hit the market, and they seemed to be coincidentally bunched right around the $1.5M price range. With eight homes being sold during the same period, that dropped the inventory of homes for sale back to down to 21 at the time of this post. Depending on what hits the market on Monday, this number may continue to drop, as several of these homes could be taking offers early in the week.

We are in the last week of September, which means that anyone who is considering selling their home and taking advantage of the Fall real estate market has about 3 weeks to get their home on the market. Once we hit the end of October, the weather begins to change and the daylight gets cut way back with the end of Daylight Savings Time. So if you're still on the fence about getting your home on the market, this is THE week that you need to probably make that decision and get your plans moving.
