The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 1/16/2017.

The faucet for new listings in San Carlos is finally starting to open, as I suspected it would. Last week brought 7 new single family listings to the market, which certainly helped boost the inventory of homes for sale. But as this week begins, there are still fewer than 10 homes to choose from in all of San Carlos. I have always advised to my selling clients that January is a great month to sell a house, if you can just tolerate the unpredictable weather. It's one of the few months of the year when buyers are already primed and ready to go, but competition among other listings is usually at its lowest.

As this week progresses, you can expect to see even more listings hit the market.
