San Carlos Announces Schedule for 2017 Music in the Park.

Just after Hometown Days, one of the most popular events to take place at Burton Park in San Carlos is the Music in the Park concert series. For those of you who are new to San Carlos, Music in the Park is a free series of concerts that take place on the new bandstand in the picnic area of Burton Park. Thanks to help of the San Carlos Park and Recreation Department, and in conjunction with generous local sponsors, there is a free concert every Friday night from July 7 until August 11.
This has been a long standing tradition in San Carlos, and it seems as if the event gets more popular every year. The music starts at 6:00PM and runs until 8:00. But if you want a great seat, be sure to get there early and scope out where you'll want to plant your lawn chairs. You're also welcome to bring your own food and drink, but BBQ's are not allowed for safety reasons.
In addition to the adult variety of music on Friday nights, they have added a couple of shows that are geared for the younger generations. Those take place on a couple of Saturday mornings in June and August. The entire schedule is outlined below.
