The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7/31/2017.

The San Carlos real estate market returned back to a pace that is more typical of late July, with only one new listing taking its place on the street. Home buyers remained active, though, as they took 6 homes into contract which drove the available inventory down to just 10 homes in the entire city as of this morning. The average days on market (DOM) of these 10 homes remains at a surprisingly high 35 days — not something we're accustomed to seeing in this market.
Sale prices remained strong this week, with the average sale fetching a healthy 8% premium over the list price.
