The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/16/2017.

The inventory of single-family homes for sale in San Carlos notched upward slightly last week, as the number of new listings outpaced the rate of homes being absorbed by buyers.  But even with 8 new listings hitting the market, the total number of homes for sale is still sitting below 20, which means that buyers once again are looking at a very tight market for homes in San Carlos.

There were some eye-popping closing prices logged this week, as it now seems that the market value for a clean 3BR home in San Carlos has comfortably crossed the $2,000,000 mark. You will see a few more 3BR homes close north of $2M in the coming weeks, and a whole slew of others that are flirting with that milestone. There is no doubt that this remains a very strong seller's market.
