The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 11/20/2017.

Very little changed in the past week in the San Carlos real estate market, but that is to be expected for being in mid-November.  This time of year is normally steady, but not hyper-active like we witnessed in September. But that's not to say that there won't be great listings coming up between now and the end of the year (I have a fabulous listing coming up on Palm Avenue in San Carlos in the next week or so…..)

Could it be that the going rate for a nicely updated three-bedroom home in the flats of San Carlos is now $2.2M or higher?  This past week, both 1645 Elm Street and 1343 Eaton Avenue joined 1382 Geneva Avenue as recent examples of what a beautifully dialed-in 3BR home will fetch in this market, and there does not seem to be any indication that this trend is going to change any time soon.
