Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday. The real estate market in San Carlos certainly took a breather for the holidays, with no new listings to report and just a couple of sales. Home buyers stayed busy, putting half of the 6 homes for sale last week into contract. That dropped our inventory down to rock-bottom levels, where they will likely stay until a few weeks into the new year.
