There were some very nice listings to hit the market this past week in San Carlos.  Four of the six homes to debut on the market were listed above $2,000,000 with two of them being brand-new construction. This is noteworthy because as the buying power of prospective homeowners continues to increase as the economy strengthens, buyers are willing to pay a premium for brand new construction and homes that are fully updated. While some buyers are willing to take on some level of rehab, many can now afford a fully turn-key property.
