The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 4/9/2018.

All of the local public schools are on their respective Spring breaks this week, so activity might be a little slower earlier in the week in San Carlos. But we are at the point of the year where the month of June is only about 7 weeks away, and this is significant because it marks the end of what we traditionally call the Spring Market in real estate. Once June hits, buyers are pulled away to vacations and weddings, and this drop-off in presence is definitely felt in the market.

So look for an increase in market intensity over the next 6-7 weeks as those home sellers that still want to get their home sold in the first half of the year put their homes on the market. This should bode well for buyers since it should result in a more robust turn in the local real estate inventory.
