The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 5/7/2018.

Home buyers were certainly more busy than home sellers last week in San Carlos. Twice as many homes were put into contract (11) than there were new listings to replace them (5).  That effectively pulled the available inventory of homes for sale back down to 16 to start this week.

Look for the pace of listing activity to pick up a bit over the next two weeks, as there are two more open house weekends prior to hitting Memorial Day Weekend. Home sellers that are looking to get their sale locked up prior to the holiday will definitely want their homes on the market prior to the 5/19-5/20 weekend.
