The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 6/25/2018.

The listing activity in the San Carlos real estate market ebbed somewhat last week, with only three homes entering the market. Smart home buyers are taking advantage of the lull in the market and are able to work deals that they wouldn't have been able to just two months ago.  Three of the homes that went pending this week had to stay on the market for nearly three weeks before they entered into contract, which is evident of the cooling that we've been experiencing in the market over the past few weeks.

But even with the market taking a little breather, last week's activity dropped the inventory of single family homes for sale in San Carlos back down to 14, giving buyers fewer options to choose from.  This is the last full week before the 4th of July holiday, so there should be some additional listings coming in under the wire this week.
