The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7/30/2018.

The San Carlos real estate market continued to tick along last week, despite the fact that we are in the deepest part of the summer.  Four new listings hit the market, but those were countered by three homes that were put into contract and that left us with an inventory of 13 homes for sale in the entire city.

There have been some articles published recently about the housing market starting to cool down nationwide, and it's a topic I'll address on the blog this week.  It's hard to even fathom that idea based on the sales numbers that continue to rack up in San Carlos and other highly desirable communities on the Peninsula, but it's definitely worth a discussion.
