The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 8/20/2018.

Listing and sales activity picked up noticeably last week in the San Carlos real estate market. Nine new listings hit the market, which is the largest weekly listings uptick that we've seen in a few months.  This shows that sellers want to get a jump start on the Labor Day weekend, and also may be an indication that we're going to see some robust listing activity in the Fall. If you're still in the market for a home in San Carlos, these next two months should present some very good options for you.

Sales activity was also brisk, with six homes going into contract over the same period. The average days on market for active listings has reduced considerably, as inventory is turning more quickly and some of the older listings finally got sold or pulled from the market.
