A Chance to Give Back.

If you're looking for something to do this coming Sunday that may be a bit more fulfilling than watching football or cruising open houses, there's a great opportunity for you to contribute something worthwhile back to the City of San Carlos:  The San Carlos Day of Service.  Organized by a dedicated group of San Carlos residents, the Day of Service is an ingenious way to rally the residents of San Carlos to help tackle some important projects in the City — all on the same afternoon.  This year's Day of Service is Sunday September 23.

Whether it's pitching in to clean up the various San Carlos school grounds, working to landscape one of our parks, or collaborating to assemble much needed backpacks for homeless veterans, there are two dozen different vital service projects running simultaneously throughout San Carlos that afternoon, and all that is needed is a little bit of your time and effort!  For a list of the different projects and the registrations pages for each, click here.
