The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/15/2018.

Inventory continues to remain on the high side in San Carlos as buyers are only essentially nibbling at what is available on the market.  The number of single-family homes for sale in San Carlos actually increased slightly this past week, and sits at 30 as of this morning.  The average stay on the market for these 30 homes is now approaching 4 weeks — both of these are very un-San Carlos like numbers, but are indicative of what's happening all along the Peninsula, not just in San Carlos.

We will dive a little deeper into some of the statistics later this week, but suffice it to say that the market has definitely lost some of the intensity that we have accepted as “normal” for the past few years.
