If you're planning on touring open houses this weekend in San Carlos, you'd better be expeditious in your viewing because there are a lot of homes to see — 26 single-family homes and condos in all will be open on either Saturday or Sunday.  Click here for the list of open houses:  San Carlos Open House List.

What are my favorites to see this weekend?   Pete Vece's listing at 700 Knoll Drive is sure to draw some crowds.  This is beautiful new construction on one of the most desirable streets in San Carlos.  Many people have watched the construction of this home for over a year, so they're going to be naturally curious about this one.  It is currently listed at $3,975,000.

Another home that looks very promising is Caroline Dinsmore's new issue at 875 Heather Drive.  This home has a couple of desirable features that will be of note to buyers;  that elusive 4th bedroom, and it's situated on a 10,883 square foot lot.
