The pre-Thanksgiving lull was clearly felt last week in the San Carlos real estate market as buyers and sellers alike shifted their focus toward holiday travel.  There was only one listing brave enough to test the market before the Thanksgiving break, while buyers entered into contract on 5 existing listings.  That net difference pulled the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos down to 26 as we enter the holiday-shortened week.  Open houses were sparsely attended, especially on Sunday.
