Activity in the San Carlos real estate market ratcheted down last week, as was to be expected for the week leading into Christmas.  Home sale prices remain under some downward pressure and the average days on the market for active listings is sitting at nearly 40 days.

Look for activity to remain slow for the next week or so as 2018 wraps up, and we enter a new and highly anticipated 2018.  Merry Christmas to all of the loyal readers of the White Oaks Blog!
