The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 4/29/2019.

Listing activity in the City of San Carlos picked up from the prior week.  Eight new listings hit the market, but even with that amount of activity the inventory of homes for sale is still under 20 for all of San Carlos.   This is keeping the market competitive, especially in the lower price ranges.  The dynamics of the economy that are fueling this latest run — a strong stock market and low mortgage interest rates — appear to be completely intact as we start a new week, so look for more of the same competitive market as we move forward.
