The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 5/6/2019.

We are now in the first full week of May, which is typically one of the busiest real estate months of the year.  Sellers usually push to get their homes on the market before the summer months of June and July, which tend to be slower because so many buyers are out of town, so we should expect that the San Carlos market will be very busy over the next few weeks.

The inventory level remained unchanged from last week, and is sitting at a relatively lean level of 19 homes for sale in the city.  This is quite low for this time of year, and obviously favors home sellers.  It will be interesting to what surge, if any, that we see now that we're heading into the final month of the Spring real estate market.
