The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7/22/2019.

Activity is slowly starting to pick up again in the local real estate market as more buyers are getting back from their vacations and resuming their home searches.  There were 5 single family homes that were put into contract last week, and open houses seemed to be just a bit more busy.  If things track this year as they have historically, this trend should continue as we head into post-vacation market in August.  Interest rates are still remarkably low, and the pace of new listings should start to increase as July concludes.
