The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 9/23/2019.

Summer is officially over, and Fall is now upon us!  Listing activity was brisk last week in San Carlos, with 8 new listings hitting the market. But buyers were just as busy, taking 8 homes into contract during the same period.  The net result was that the inventory of single-family homes for sale in San Carlos remained unchanged at 24.  It's worth noting that 7 of the 8 homes that went into contract were on the market less than two weeks, which is a good indication that buyers are back in the game and buying decisively.

Even the condo/townhouse market is seeing an uptick in listing activity as more of the Wheeler Plaza condos start to list.  As of this morning, there are 15 active condo or town house listings in San Carlos, which is a much higher number than what we are normally accustomed to.
