Today marks the end of the third quarter of 2019, and we are heading into the home stretch of the real estate market for this year. Once the calendar hits November, the activity in the local market tends to drop significantly as buyers and sellers alike start to focus on the holidays. That means the next 30 days should be packed with activity as we take advantage of the last month of longer days and decent weather to wrap up what's left of the fall market. Later in the week I will run some stats on how we are doing so far this year compared to the past few years.
