The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/14/2019.

Buyers in the San Carlos market outnumbered sellers last week, with 7 homes being put into contract while only 4 new listings launched during the same period.  This pulled the inventory of homes for sale down to 15 single-family homes throughout San Carlos, which is a relatively low number and certainly drastically different from this time last year when the fall inventory ballooned up after a huge September listing surge.  The average days-on-market (DOM) for these 15 listings is sitting at surprisingly high 44 days, which is reflective of the longer time it's taking for some of the more expensive listings in San Carlos to sell.
