After the prior week's surge in new listings, last week was relatively quiet by comparison in the San Carlos real estate market. Only two new listings hit the market, which did little to help increase the options for buyers. Speaking of buyers, they were quite a bit busier last week, taking eight homes out of circulation, including one of the brand new listings.
This imbalance in activity pulled the inventory level down to just 15 homes for sale in all of San Carlos as we close out the final week of October. Have a Happy Halloween!
