The Recap.

As expected, there was very little activity in the San Carlos real estate market over the abbreviated holiday week.  There were no new listings nor any homes that were put into contract, so the inventory of homes for sale remained the same at 14.

Now that November is in the books and we are into the last month of the year, you can expect that the activity level will be a fraction of what is during more traditional sales times during the year.
