The Recap.

There's not a lot new to discuss this week in the San Carlos real estate market, except that the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos remains at bare-bones level.  The same six homes that were on the market last week are the same six that are on this market this week.  The only exception is that two of them reduced their list price, and they have been on the market for yet another week.  Don't take this as an indication that the market has fallen on its face.  Buyers are definitely out in force early in 2020, and they are just waiting for some new inventory to be injected into the market.  Activity will definitely pick up in the coming weeks.
