The Recap.

Listing activity is slowly starting to pick up as we get into the latter half of January.  There were four new single family home listings in San Carlos, which essentially increased the available inventory by 50%, as these new listings complement the carry-over listings from the end of 2019. Even with the new listings, there are currently only 9 homes for sale in the entire city so we are certainly well below normal levels of inventory, even for this early in the year.
