The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 3/30/2020.

The local real estate market is now dormant in the wake of the existing shelter in place order, and it was just announced this morning that this County-wide order has been extended through April 30. In addition, the local MLS board has decided to freeze the days-on-market (DOM) count for all home listings that are still active on the MLS. This obviously directly impacts the relevance of the data that is normally presented in the Real Estate Week in Review, so unfortunately this will be the last weekly recap until the real estate market resumes something of a normal function again. For everyone's sake, let's hope that is sooner rather than later.
I will continue to post updates on the local market, and some insight on what you can expect when in our local real estate market when the economy switches back on again. Stay healthy, everyone!
