The Recap.

The activity last week in the San Carlos real estate market was slow, even by shelter-in-place standards.  Everything seemed to happen in 2's — two closed sales, two new listings, and two homes put into contract.  Aside from it being a strange coincidence, it's just a low level of activity across the board for what is actually shaping up to be a resilient real estate market.

I fully expect that next week's report will reflect a significant uptick in activity as we start to emerge from what was a near total lock down.  The newer listings are getting significant interest, and there should be additional homes to hit the market this week as well.
