The Recap.

Listing activity continues to be brisk in San Carlos.  Ten new single-family homes hit the market last week, pushing the inventory of homes for sale up to 33.  This is the highest level that we've seen so far this year, and is aligned with what we would have seen in the spring if there was indeed a spring market.  Buyers are still active and out there in good numbers, as several of the 6 homes that went into contract last week reported getting multiple offers.
