The Recap.

The data for last week in the San Carlos real estate was almost identical to the week prior.  There were 9 homes that entered the market last week, and 6 of the existing inventory were put into contract — almost the same as the prior period.  The strong listing surge pushed the inventory of homes for sale up to 37 as of this morning, which is definitely more of a Spring-like number instead of what we might normally see in late June.

Despite the increased inventory, there are still a lot of buyers looking for homes in San Carlos right now.  Most listings seem to be getting good traffic, and we're still seeing some multiple offers on certain properties.
