The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 7/6/2020.

I hope everyone had fun and safe 4th of July weekend. Home buyers once again took charge of the San Carlos real estate market last week, whittling down the inventory to half of what it was just two weeks ago. 11 homes were put into contract last week, with three of them selling in less than a week, which reinforces the change in buying habits that I discussed in this post last week.
The rate of new listings was on the lighter side, as expected heading into a holiday weekend. Look for that to pick up again now, as it should be a robust listing week in San Carlos. I will have two stellar San Carlos listings that I will be profiling on the site in a few days – stay tuned!
