The Recap.

If there's an upside to the restrictions that have been imposed on showing property during the modified shelter in place, it's that it's easier to gauge the actual the traffic through a particular listing as opposed to just estimating the turnout at an open house, since everyone must make an appointment to see the property.

Some new listings last week reported that the showing scheduled was booked up the entire weekend with buyers.  I was averaging over 10 showings each day at 59 Club Drive, and another agent report getting twice that amount at her listing in Belmont.  So buyers are still definitely out in force in this market, fueled by historically low interest rates for purchase loans.

The inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos sits at 28 homes as of this morning, with a full 50% of these homes listed at $2,200,000 or higher.
