The Recap.

Listing activity bounced back up last week in San Carlos.  Eight new listings hit the market, bringing the inventory of homes for sale up to 25.  This coming week will be the last full week before we hit the Thanksgiving break, so I expect there will be an uptick in sales activity as sellers and buyers alike rush to get deals locked up before the long weekend and the beginning of December.  However, there are still a lot of buyers out looking late in the season, so we may be in for a busy finish to the year.
