First of all, I apologize for the delay in getting this week's report out to you.  For those of you who checked in for the Weekly Review this morning, you already know that I was battling some website issues — but all is corrected!  I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday.

As expected, activity was on the lighter side with the condensed week.  There were only two new listings to test the market, and the current inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos sits at a paltry 12 homes.   From the persistence file, two homes went pending this week that had been on the market for 95 and 100 days respectively, which just proves that old adage that every house will eventually sell in San Carlos if you're just patient enough. We're heading into what will likely be the one of the busier Decembers on record for real estate activity in San Carlos, so keep checking in to the site for updates.
