The Recap.

There was very little new activity in the San Carlos real estate market last week, which is not a surprise since we're only a few weeks from the end of the year.   The lack of new listings has pushed the inventory of homes for sale in San Carlos down to only 11, the lowest we've seen in months.  Sellers are tooling up for what should be a very robust Spring market in 2021, as we will discuss in more detail in a future post.
