The Recap.

The year is winding down to a close, and so is the activity in the San Carlos real estate market.  There were no new listings to hit the market last week, and I  doubt there will be any this week either.   The inventory of homes for sale now sits at 10, with an average days on market of over two months, so there's not a lot for buyers to look at late in the year.  This will obviously change once the new year arrives.
