Happy New Year! 2020 is now in our rear-view mirror, and we can hopefully look forward to better days in 2021. The San Carlos real estate market finished surprisingly strong in 2020 despite the fact that most of the homes that closed escrow last week did not achieve their full asking price. Look for my annual market recap later this week on the site.
2021 is starting off with low levels of inventory in just about every Peninsula city. There are only 10 homes currently on the market in San Carlos, but look for that number to increase quickly as early-bird sellers look to get a jump on what looks to be a very promising year ahead.
